Who may use it
Memindex is a service of Digital Boutique AI. This deployment is a public demonstration instance, open to anyone with the link. It is provided as-is for evaluation; do not treat anything in it as a record of your own business.
What the answers are
Answers are generated by a language model from material already in company systems, with citations linking to the source. They can be incomplete, out of date, or wrong. Treat an answer as a pointer to evidence rather than as the final word — follow the citation before acting on anything that matters, and never rely on it alone for legal, financial or contractual decisions.
Confidentiality
The knowledge base contains client communication, internal discussion and source code. Anything you read here carries the same confidentiality obligations as the original system it came from. Do not copy content out to third parties, and do not paste it into services the company has not approved.
Acceptable use
Use the service for company work. Do not attempt to bypass access controls, extract the underlying database wholesale, or use the query interface to generate content unrelated to the business.
Availability
The service is provided as-is, without any guarantee of availability or accuracy. Ingestion runs on schedules and live workers that can fall behind or fail; the status page shows the current state of each source. It may change or be withdrawn at any time.
Changes
These terms may be updated as the service changes. The date above reflects the current version.
